How to Play Word Scramble
A scrambled word appears on screen with its category shown above. Click the scrambled letters in the correct order to spell the word. You have 30 seconds per word — the timer bar shows how much time you have left.
Build a streak by solving consecutive words without skipping or running out of time. Use the Hint button if you're stuck — but it costs 2 points. Longer words score more points!
Word Scramble — FAQs
How are the words chosen?
Words are randomly selected from categories including Animals, Food, Sports, Countries, and Technology. Each category has 10+ words so you'll rarely see the same word twice in a session.
What happens if time runs out?
If the timer reaches zero, the word is revealed, your streak resets to zero, and you move on to the next word. You don't lose any score — but you miss the opportunity to earn points for that word.
Can I undo a letter I clicked?
Yes! Click any letter in the answer row at the bottom to remove it and return it to the scrambled pool. You can rearrange letters as many times as you want before time runs out.
